The project involved the systematic dismantling of the existing building followed by the construction of a new building designed to meet the client’s functional and operational requirements. The scope included safe dismantling and removal of the existing structure, disposal of dismantled materials, site clearance, excavation, foundation works, RCC structural works, masonry, roofing, flooring, plastering, and associated civil construction activities. Building services, doors, windows, finishing works, and other required components were also undertaken as part of the development.
